At BOMA Indiana’s Annual Meeting & Member Awards, members were presented with the slate of candidates for the 2026 Board of Governors. In accordance with BOMA bylaws, voting eligibility was reserved for current BOMA members.

A motion was made and approved to elect the following officers and directors to serve a two-year term beginning January 1, 2026:

  • Kara Gore, Select Commercial — Allied Chair

  • Mike Ley, Accent Coatings — Allied Co-Chair

  • Robert Smith, Cushman & Wakefield — Director

  • Tiffany Juline, Hendricks Commercial Properties — Director

  • Mike Smith, GP Pro — Allied Director

Following a call for a second, no objections were raised, and the motion passed unanimously. The Board paused to recognize the newly elected members and commemorate the moment with a group photo.

In addition to welcoming new leadership, BOMA Indiana took time to recognize the service and dedication of outgoing board members.

Special appreciation was extended to Ryan Dippold of Hittle Landscape, who is transitioning from his role as Allied Chair to the Advisory Council. Ryan’s leadership, commitment, and contributions have left a lasting impact on the organization, and he was presented with a parting gift in recognition of his service.

BOMA Indiana also acknowledged Jordan Speckman of Colliers and Adam Chavers of Browning as they completed their terms on the Board of Governors. Both were thanked for their invaluable time, expertise, and dedication in advancing the mission and success of the association.

BOMA Indiana looks forward to the continued leadership of its Board of Governors and extends sincere gratitude to all who serve in support of the commercial real estate community.
