Advocacy

The Advocacy Committee collaborates with local and state organizations to address crucial matters impacting the commercial real estate industry.

DEI&A

The DEI&A Committee is responsible for promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility both within and beyond the organization.

Education

The Education Committee oversees the RPA designation program and reviews all scholarship entries and educational presentations submitted by members.

Emerging Leader

The Emerging Leader Committee welcomes commercial real estate members under 35 and plans year-round activities.

Events

This committee provides support in organizing various creative, educational, and networking events throughout the year.

Finance

The Finance Committee is responsible for analyzing the organization's finances, offering advice, and overseeing the budget. *Board appointed seats

Golf

Our Annual Golf Outing takes place in early August and always sells out. Committee members help sell sponsorships and assist on the day of the event.

Nomination

The Nominating Committee, comprised of the Executive Committee, identifies qualified candidates for our Board of Directors. *Board appointed seats

Philanthropic

The Philanthropic committee works with local charities planning services days to make our city vibrant. Members volunteer during scheduled days of service.

Public Safety

The Public Safety Committee identifies key issues in Indianapolis and organizes meetings with Downtown Indy, IMPD, and IFD to support members.

TOBY

The TOBY Awards Committee is an asset for members who want to participate in TOBY.

Expo

Our Annual Expo takes place in early May each year and always sells out. Committee members help sell sponsorships and assist during the event.
