Registration Now Open for 2025 TOBY Awards!

Lakefront at Keystone Office Property Wins North Central TOBY Award 

We are proud to announce Lakefront at Keystone competed for and won the North Central Region TOBY for Low-Rise Suburban Office Park.  They will compete internationally on July 1st in Boston at the Annual BOMA International Expo and Conference. Congratulations to BOMA Indiana members Stephanie Schroeder, General Manager, and Tracy Gray, Property Manager!  A full article can be found here on the property.

February - May:  Submit for BOMA 360 (required for entry)

September 26, 2025:  Deadline for Local Competition

October 30, 2025:  Judging Due

December 11, 2025:  TOBY Winners Announced at Annual Meeting
