Membership Information

A Principal Member is a company whose primary business is commercial real estate, such as property managers, brokers, owners, facilities managers, engineers, etc.  Member benefits are provided to your organization's staff based on the number of seats you'd like to purchase.

Cost for Annual Membership

• $1,135 First Professional
• $875 Second Professional
• $565 Third+ Professional
• $250 Emerging Leaders (Age 35 and Under | Billed Separately)
• $400 State Members (Located More Than One Hour Outside Indianapolis)

Allied Member Company
An Allied Member Company is a vendor that provides goods or services to the commercial real estate industry.

This membership category is currently on a waitlist. When you apply, your company will automatically be added to the waitlist.

Important — Waitlist Placement
Due to high demand, companies offered membership from the waitlist may assign only one (1) member per company at this time. Allied companies in good standing may have up to two seats once additional capacity becomes available.

Participation Requirements
To maintain Allied Membership, companies must meet the following annual participation minimums:

• Attend at least three (3) luncheon events per year

• Participate in the Expo as an exhibitor, sponsor, or attendee

• Participate in the Golf Outing with a foursome, booth, or sponsorship

• Attend one (1) Philanthropic Day of Service

These requirements are designed to help you maximize your membership and stay connected with the BOMA community. If requirements are not met by December 1 each year, a renewal invoice will not be issued and membership will lapse. Companies wishing to return must rejoin the waitlist.

Membership Seats
Member benefits are provided to your organization based on the number of seats purchased. Allied companies may have a maximum of two seats, when available.

Allied Membership Dues Structure for New Members*

• Letter of recommendation from a current BOMA Indiana Member

• One year of Allied Membership Dues — $1,350

• Two years of Principal Member Dues sponsorship — $1,750 ** (one-time sponsorship)

• Optional PAC Donation — $100

• Optional Enhanced Online Directory Listing — $350

* These fees also apply to Allied Members who allowed their membership to lapse or did not meet attendance requirements and wish to rejoin.

** This sponsorship is anonymous. Neither the Principal Member nor Allied Member will be identified to the other party.

This is a yearly sponsorship of BOMA Indiana. Restrictions apply. Please contact the BOMA Indiana to complete your application.

An Emerging Leader is a member who is actively engaged in the commercial real estate field and who is under the age of 35.

Membership is reserved for non-profit, not-for-profit, and government entities.

This membership is suited for full-time students not currently employed in the real estate field.  If the student is a summer intern, the student membership still applies.
