Membership Information

A Principal Member is a company whose primary business is commercial real estate, such as property managers, brokers, owners, facilities managers, engineers, etc.  Member benefits are provided to your organization's staff based on the number of seats you'd like to purchase.

Cost for Annual Membership* 

• $1,135 First Professional
• $875 Second Professional
• $565 Third+ Professional
• $250 Emerging Leaders (Age 35 and Under)
• $400 State Members (Located More Than One Hour Outside Indianapolis)

*Subject to Board Approval for 2026 Dues

An Allied Member Company is a vendor that supplies goods or services to those in the commercial real estate industry.

This membership is currently on a wait list.  When you apply,  you will be automatically added to the wait list.

Due to our ongoing wait list for Allied Members, we will require Allied Members to attend a minimum of three (3) luncheon events per year, participate in the Expo as an exhibitor or sponsor, participate in the Golf Outing with either a foursome, booth, or sponsorship, and attend one (1) Philanthropic Day of Service.  These requirements will help you get the most out of your membership and help you connect with the BOMA Community.  If this requirement is not met by December 1st of each year, you will not receive a renewal invoice, and your membership will lapse. To rejoin, you will have to join the wait list.

An Emerging Leader is a member who is actively engaged in the commercial real estate field and who is under the age of 35.

Membership is reserved for non-profit, not-for-profit, and government entities.

This membership is suited for full-time students not currently employed in the real estate field.  If the student is a summer intern, the student membership still applies.
