Known for her professionalism, warmth, and commitment to collaboration, Olivia’s impact is felt well beyond individual projects—strengthening partnerships and elevating the BOMA Indiana community as a whole.
Property Manager of the Year
Lacy Showers, Bradley Company
The Property Manager of the Year Award recognizes a professional who demonstrates outstanding leadership, responsiveness, and dedication to their properties, tenants, and peers. Lacy was honored for her strong presence within the community, her willingness to step in and support others, and her continued professional growth. Lacy’s commitment to excellence and engagement with industry organizations make her a deserving and respected leader in the field.
Emerging Leader of the Year
Madison Lockwood, JLL
The Emerging Leader of the Year Award celebrates early-career professionals who show exceptional promise, initiative, and leadership potential. Madison was recognized for her reliability, insight, and collaborative spirit. Colleagues consistently describe Madison as a joy to work with and a strong example for new team members. In addition to this honor, Madison will receive the 2026 Emerging Leader Scholarship and represent BOMA Indiana at the BOMA International Conference in Long Beach, California.
