City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a driven, high-urgency Account Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of commercial building clients in the Indianapolis market.

This is not a traditional account management role. You will operate as the owner of a $1.5M+ book of business, responsible for both retention and revenue growth within your accounts, while also generating new business through prospecting and referrals.

Role Overview

As an Account Executive, you are responsible for owning, growing, and optimizing your book of business.

Success in this role is defined by:

  • Achieving $1.5M+ in managed revenue within 12–18 months
  • Driving consistent account expansion and add-on sales
  • Delivering fast, high-quality response times to clients and opportunities
  • Building strong, long-term client relationships while maintaining high service standards

You will spend approximately 60% of your time in the field with clients and prospects, and 40% managing your business, deals, and internal coordination.


Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & Account Ownership

  • Own and grow a portfolio of commercial client accounts with full revenue responsibility
  • Identify, propose, and close add-on services and expansion opportunities
  • Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and inbound opportunities
  • Manage pricing and deal structures within established guidelines and guardrails

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client needs, opportunities, and escalations
  • Respond with urgency to client requests, proposals, and service needs

Field Execution & Quality Assurance

  • Conduct frequent on-site visits, inspections, and relationship-building meetings
  • Ensure services are delivered according to scope and client expectations
  • Partner closely with internal teams and contractors to maintain high service quality

Speed, Urgency & Deal Execution

  • Turn around proposals quickly and accurately
  • Maintain high responsiveness in all client communication
  • Proactively identify and act on opportunities—this is a high-activity, high-ownership role

Collaboration & Operational Alignment

  • Work with Account Compliance Managers (ACMs) who support day-to-day service execution
  • Coordinate with contractors, operations, and accounting to resolve client needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation in CRM (inspections, proposals, account updates)

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or facility services
  • Proven ability to grow existing accounts and generate new business
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working in a field-based or route-based role preferred
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits

  • Target first-year total compensation: ~$90,000+
  • Second-year earnings potential: $100,000–$130,000+
  • Third year earnings potential: $130,000+
  • Compensation includes:
    • Base salary
    • Car allowance
    • Quarterly bonuses
    • Uncapped commission (guaranteed for first 6 months)
