Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Join the Lakefront at Keystone team as a Customer Service Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in supporting property operations, tenant services, and team coordination across our commercial real estate portfolio. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support planning and execution of tenant and association events across the park. 
  • Provide administrative support to the management, engineering team, tenants, fitness center, and on-site café. 
  • Provide excellent customer service through email, phone, and in-person interactions with tenants and clients. 
  • Track and respond to tenant inquiries and service requests. 
  • Manage work order systems, access control, and conference room calendars. 
  • Maintain fitness center membership database and assist with billing. 
  • Track certificates of insurance (COIs) for tenants and contractors—ensure compliance. 
  • Oversee office supply inventory, mail handling, and package processing. 
  • Maintain and update vendor, lease, and contract files. 
  • Organize internal team meetings, events, and conference room bookings. 
  • Prepare monthly service documentation and support invoice processing for billbacks. 
  • Assist with accounts payable invoice coding and data entry. 
  • Track tenant energy usage from monthly engineer readings for supplemental units. 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • College degree required. Upcoming college graduates encouraged to apply. 
  • Previous experience in commercial real estate or the hospitality industry is a plus. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong work ethic and customer service skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and with minimal supervision. 
  • Team-oriented mindset and a proactive, solution-focused attitude. 
  • Comfortable working fully on-site, Monday through Friday.
