Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Join the Lakefront at Keystone team as a Customer Service Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in supporting property operations, tenant services, and team coordination across our commercial real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support planning and execution of tenant and association events across the park.
- Provide administrative support to the management, engineering team, tenants, fitness center, and on-site café.
- Provide excellent customer service through email, phone, and in-person interactions with tenants and clients.
- Track and respond to tenant inquiries and service requests.
- Manage work order systems, access control, and conference room calendars.
- Maintain fitness center membership database and assist with billing.
- Track certificates of insurance (COIs) for tenants and contractors—ensure compliance.
- Oversee office supply inventory, mail handling, and package processing.
- Maintain and update vendor, lease, and contract files.
- Organize internal team meetings, events, and conference room bookings.
- Prepare monthly service documentation and support invoice processing for billbacks.
- Assist with accounts payable invoice coding and data entry.
- Track tenant energy usage from monthly engineer readings for supplemental units.
What We’re Looking For:
- College degree required. Upcoming college graduates encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in commercial real estate or the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Team-oriented mindset and a proactive, solution-focused attitude.
- Comfortable working fully on-site, Monday through Friday.
