Pursue the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in the commercial real estate industry, recognizing quality in commercial buildings and rewarding excellence in building management!
Step 1: Tell us you want to compete in The Outstanding Building of the Year TOBY competition! Buildings must compete in Indiana first. Please let us know if you would like to sign up, and we will effectively guide you.
Step 2: Sign-in to the BOMA International TOBY portal to start your entry. If you plan you advancing to the North Central Regional TOBY competition, you must have completed your BOMA 360. Local only competition does not require your BOMA 360, but we highly encourage it.
Key Dates & Deadlines:
- February - May: Submit for BOMA 360 (required for entry)
- September 26, 2025: Deadline for Local Competition
- October 30, 2025: Judging Due
- December 11, 2025: TOBY Winners Announced at Annual Meeting
