TOBY Judge Training

Whether you're interested in serving as a judge or planning to submit your own building for a TOBY Award, this training will walk you through the entire judging process. You'll gain valuable insight into how properties are evaluated, what judges are looking for, and how the scoring process works—giving you a better understanding of what makes a successful TOBY submission.

Led by Tiffany Juline, CPM, RPA of Hendricks Commercial Properties and BOMA Indiana's TOBY Chair, this session is designed to grow Indiana's network of knowledgeable, qualified TOBY judges.

Attendance at this training is required to become a certified TOBY judge.
