Foundations of Real Estate Management®
Foundations® is your first step into the world of commercial real estate management. This six-module course provides a practical introduction to the core principles and daily responsibilities of property professionals.
Through classroom instruction and interactive discussions, you’ll gain a solid understanding of how buildings operate, how value is created, and how effective management keeps properties performing at their best. Building tours are often included to give you real-world insight into how top-tier properties are managed in your area. The best part? The courses are taught by YOUR peers in the industry.
Who should attend? This program is designed for commercial real estate professionals with less than five years of experience, including junior or assistant property managers, administrative assistants, building engineers, and supplier representatives. Anyone interested in learning more about managing commercial buildings or pursuing a career in commercial real estate will benefit. More experienced professionals can also use the program as a refresher and to fill training gaps.
Whether you’re new to the industry or looking to strengthen your foundational knowledge, this course bridges the gap between on-the-job experience and advanced education.
