Moderator - Pamela Francis (Schott Design):
Pamela Francis holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana University, Bloomington, a Master of Business Administration in Finance from American University, and a Master’s in Information Systems Management from Johns Hopkins University.
Passionate about landfill diversion and carbon reduction, she works to drive meaningful change in the built environment through education, advocacy, the creation of circular economies, and the redesign of building materials. Pamela is a strong believer in the power of individual and collective action, particularly among designers and consumers, and welcomes collaboration with others who share her commitment to sustainability.
Lora Moore (ALO Property Group):
Moore joined ALO in July 2020 after three years as Corporate Financial Controller at Executive Consultants, Inc., where she quickly became a recognized industry thought leader, featured on NPR’s All Things Considered and leading podcasts.
Her career centers on supporting small to mid-market businesses across diverse sectors, including mergers and acquisitions of private financial institutions and healthcare, corporate sales, commercial lending, and insurance.
Passionate about inspiring and protecting small business owners, Moore continually hones her leadership skills to strengthen both male- and female-led enterprises and improve the economic climate locally.
She is also a mother of two who enjoys lake time with her family and staying active.
Stanley Howard (Cornerstone Companies, Inc.):
Stanley Howard is a Property Manager at Cornerstone Companies, Inc., where he oversees a portfolio of nineteen medical office buildings across the United States. He began his tenure at Cornerstone in August 2021 as a Property Administrator assisting a portfolio in managing administrative and office operations for a major hospital group.
Before transitioning into property management, Stanley worked in the Workers' Compensation Department at Team Rehabilitation, where he played a key role in streamlining operations in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. His diverse background also includes a successful career as a professional musician, performing nationwide and recording multiple award-winning pieces.
Stanley holds a bachelor’s degree in music performance and music education from Ithaca College and a Master of Music Performance from the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University. He also earned his MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University’s DeVoe School of Business.
Outside of work, Stanley enjoys woodworking—particularly building custom wood tables—and spending quality time with his wife and their two daughters.
Preston Ray (American Structurepoint, Inc.):
Preston specializes in property condition assessments, having completed hundreds nationwide for brokers, owners, investors, and financial institutions. He focuses on retail centers, multi-unit residential, warehouses, industrial offices, and municipal buildings.
As a certified energy auditor, Preston evaluates building energy performance and pinpoints opportunities for efficiency improvements. His expertise equips clients with vital insights into a property’s condition and its financial impact.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Leadership & Supervision and a Master of Science in Technology Engineering Technology from Purdue University (Indianapolis).
Erin Shepherd (Ambrose):
As Vice President of Asset Management at Ambrose, Erin Shepherd oversees the management and operations of the company’s asset portfolio, which includes both speculative and build-to-suit developments. She also serves as the lead relationship manager for all building users within Ambrose-owned properties, ensuring strong tenant partnerships and long-term value creation.
Erin brings more than a decade of experience in property finance and asset management, having spent nearly six years with Cushman & Wakefield and five years at Strategic Capital Partners before joining Ambrose. She is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. In recognition of her industry leadership, Erin was named to the 2024–2026 NAIOP Research Foundation Visionary Class and was honored as a 2025 finalist for Indy’s Best & Brightest by Junior Achievement of Central Indiana.
