12:00 PM - 3:30 PM Exhibitor Check-In & Setup All exhibitors are required to check in upon arrival for setup. Please proceed to the registration table at one of the four kiosks to print your name badge(s) and collect your welcome bag. Badges are required for all exhibitors and attendees.
4:00 PM - 6:00 PM Show Floor Opens Attendee Arrival – BOMA 500 Expo Officially Opens
6:00 PM - 6:15 PM Grand Prize Entry Closes Grand Prize QR Challenge – Attendees can scan six QR codes located throughout the expo floor for a chance to win up to $1,000.
6:15 PM - 6:30 PM Exhibitors Text Winners Exhibitor Prize Giveaway & Networking – Each exhibitor will independently award an item valued at $100 or more to an attendee. This initiative encourages meaningful connections beyond standard booth interactions.
6:30 PM - 7:00 PM Expo Awards & Event Conclusion Ending With Giveaways – Announcing Door Prizes, Grand Prize Winner, and Best Booth!
