Course Overview

The revised Asset Management course is designed for today’s property management professionals who serve as asset managers—or work closely with them. This comprehensive course combines BOMA International and BOMI asset management programs to provide a practical, finance-focused approach to maximizing property value.

Participants will learn how to evaluate financial performance, conduct due diligence for asset acquisition and divestment, and manage distressed real estate-owned (REO) properties. Through interactive modules, the course builds confidence in analyzing building performance and making data-driven asset decisions.
