As Vice President, Property Management, my goal is to use my experience and technical expertise in the healthcare real estate field to provide mentorship to our property management team, streamline our management platform and provide our clients with trustworthy and capable property management. I continuously work with our integrated service lines to ensure that our clients know they have access to everything from responsive maintenance teams and expansive brokerage services to construction and development experts.
Maintaining a portion of my previous role as a Senior Property Manager, I work to provide a connection between healthcare real estate owners and the essential healthcare providers caring for patients inside their assets. I focus on finding solutions to problems using strong logic and creative thinking. Providing management driven by character and integrity allows me to maintain strong relationships with both tenants and owners. I strive to instill these values in the teams that I lead today. I am proud of the growth Cornerstone has seen, which I attribute to our mission to provide superior property management that will allow the medical professionals practicing in our facilities, to provide superior patient care.
